How it works
Reach out to our support team at info@redsunwellness.com within 60 days of receiving your order and let us know you'd like to return it. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label so the return doesn't cost you a thing. Once we receive the device back, your refund will be processed within [2-3] business days to your original payment method.
A few things to keep in mind
The 60-day window starts on the date your order is delivered, not the date you placed it. We just ask that you return the device in its original packaging along with any included accessories. Normal signs of use are totally fine — we actually encourage you to give it a real try during those 60 days so you can make a genuine decision.
Refunds apply to the purchase price of the device. If your order included free bonus items or promotional bundles, those should be returned as well.
